I’m unable to login to kids chat. Had my account for at least 2 years there.
Seeing how far they rolled the site back. I have no idea if my account got is wiped now because it wasn’t logged into for 30 days with the auto wiping of accounts? Did they at least increase that before doing the restore?

Yes that’s what I know. But I have no idea if I logged in within 7 days of January 1st since we automatically lose 23 days of the 30
That means if you didn’t login from Christmas to news years your account is wiped?
Since it’s only 7 days now instead of 30 days.
Apparently the settings can be set to allow longer then 30 days before accounts get wiped since VIP has that. I’m wondering if they at least increased the days to prevent people who didn’t log in a week prior to the backup from being automatically wiped from the backup
I usually log in every morning but I don't know, im not the server maintenance guy lol.

Unfortunately a lot of accounts are having that issue at the moment. I’m hopeful the accounts will be restored but you can create a new one to keep in touch with your friends for now
I can’t see your account. A lot of accounts seem to have disappeared. You’re welcome to make a new one while the site is being fixed
