Being gay and French are bad things.​

Take, for example, me. I am a teenager living at home with my mother, like many teenagers my age do. I currently have a small job with a small company. My job requires no qualifications what-so-ever, all I require is eyeliner etc. I work my ass off for days but the pay SUCKS. So why do I have this job? Because I dropped out of school 2 years early due to mental illness which has made me rather anti-social at times, I get very violent very easily etc which is why I have to mind where I work.

What you really mean to say is you're a violent yob and you're trying to shift the blame on some made-up disorder that some doctor somewhere came up with to make him some easy money on medication.

Don't blame your own disgusting, violent, unacceptable behaviour on other things. Being violent is a choice, just as being employed is a choice.​

Actualy..being thrown around by my father and being emotionaly and mentaly effected by it wasn't my choice, thankyou very much. If you had seen the things that I have then you'd understand, but I wouldn't wish that on anybody. Plus I never paid any Doctor for any medication - I never take any medication. So that just blew that out of the water, now didn't it!

Once again for a debate I turn to the point of instincts - my violence is centered around my instincts - I lash out at people before I even know what's happening. Not a choice, I assure you.

Thats a very poor excuse. The reason being, you can spin a resume to suite yourself. You can spin your attitude and the way you present yourself in an interview.

I am qualified as a journalist, but I couldn't get the job that was given me as I do not have a car...why don't I have a car? cos I can't get a job.

I am at uni and trust me, I would give anything for a job. I know there are people out there who abuse the system, but don't think that all people without jobs are like that on purpose. If it is so easy, get me a job 😉 😀

My post was never meant to put you down. If it came across that way, I am sorry. I'm some what in a playful mood. You're quite right about me knowing not very much about you but you did post what you posted and I questioned it. To the most part its in my nature to do so.

I'm not qualified for much though I know I can get what ever I want and if I cant, I work my way up until I am where I want to be.

When people go for an interview, they tend to focus on impressing the interviewer rather then seeing them as people willing to give hard working honest and friendly people a chance.

yeah what ever mate you talk some anount of rubbish sorry to say you do theres no excuse to be unemployed wheres the jobs to give the unemployed people a chance to get a job because all i see is that every where in this country is closing and making people that are employed,unemployed so your taking this a bit far yeah ok there are people out there that abuse the system but there are people who want to work or want a job that they would like to do but cant get the oppertunity to do it,because as well as immigrants coming into the counrty taking our jobs and for example the polish that can hardly speak a word of english get the jobs before the people of this country get the chance of a job.And also there is jobs out there that are advertised must be experianced in this role how can you get experiance of a job that you would like to do if you cant learn.
this country is full of paper know you must be qualified to do everything nearly,years ago there were plenty of jobs for people to walk into one day and learn the job and walk into another different job the next day to learn.
for example the ship yards there were hundreds of jobs going when the uk had them know you hardly hear of the ship buildings in this country because there all away over seas to save more money to get cheep labourers to do the work and make the buisness man richer.
and know whats wrong with you your nothing but selfish you know that not every one thats unemployed dnt want to work there people out there that just cant get the chance to do the job they are looking for,because there is none or they have nt got the right qualifications or experiance or over qualified to do a job,as someone has already said in this thread.

I'm sixteen. I have a job. I balance it with school. Just so you know, I'm not biased.

Anyway, your statement is pretty black and white, don't you think? The fact is, people don't enjoy being on welfare. You can argue that until you're blue in the face, adn I'm sure some do like being taken care of, but most do not. That's why there's so many homeless people. Social assistance is embarrassing and even so, it doesn't give you enough to live. Maybe we should start trying to fix the problem instead of throwing many at people and then complaining about it.

Yeah, they help them get jobs. I'm sorry, but an adult with kids working at MacDonalds is not a job. Minimum wage is BARELY enough to live by yourself, and that's only if you live with the VERY basic necessities.
