I'd probably say the prior. Acid reflux sorta makes that happen passively without your input, vs the active action of digging for gold and opting for consumption.

I deal with stomach problems daily sadly so I'll say stomach ache.

Parachuting over the Great Wall of China would be awesome but I don't think they'd allow it. So parachuting it is.
