Either but I'd probably make more of a difference at a Hospice so that.

WYR volunteer for a mountain rescue team or the RNLI?
 
RNLI is the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. They provide a rescue service for people at sea and it's entirely funded by public contribution.

Deaf. Much easier to cope with and cochlear implants would allow some degree of hearing.

leg because need my arms much more.

would you rather Live forever but be in pain, physical pain forever or just live until 80 to 100 but with no pain ever?
 
The latter, for sure. I would only want to live forever if I were to be an all-powerful vampire.

Would you rather add 10 years to your pet's life or 5 years to yours?
