Um. Mental health?

So so tired


why don't you just be hopeful, faithful that something good will happen, come to you. maybe not today, it could happen in a few weeks or years. don't beat yourself up about things you cannot change, my mother died when I was 8, my father left me, my little sister when we was 10. you can't beat yourself up about things you cannot change. you just have to try accept it, if you can't change it try your hardest to move on.

I've relayed this to others that have posted a similar thread. I wish you the best on your mental health recovery and journey. But Chat-Ave forums are probably not the best place to look for mental health advice. Seek professional help.
