I can't say much about it in a public forum, but advice on how to deal with it would be much appreciated. ( I am not micromanaged here so don't even start that nonsense.)

I don't think she's asking how to be a more adept micromanager 😅. It sounds like she is being micromanaged and is welcoming input as to how to deal with it better.
i ignore it and do my own thing.
I would say to establish some sort of communication directly outlining their micromanaging, even if they find it offensive. That is the only real way to establish a motive for why they do what they do. Only then can you work against that motive. If you cant find a solution to this through communication then there isnt much of a solution. Ignoring this will only lead to resentment.

Then you report that to HR. Nobody should be using any sort of intimidation tactics on you
