I had 6 weeks off with a return of april 9th already worked 5 and wishing for another 6 weeks.

It’s brutal isn’t it. Six weeks though 2 is my limit unless I’m actually going away or other things going on, but will always moan I should’ve booked more.

Tad bit of a work aholic here. I get 3 weeks yearly with ability to carry over and bank for up to 5 yrs. After Feb 28th on the 6th year ( basically 1st quarter) if they aren't taken you lose out and you won't get paid for them. I had 5 weeks "saved" I took an additional 1 week making 6 weeks. Additionally we get 5 sick days paid a year. Ability for q 401 with 5% match . Choice of health insurance either a lower deductible and pay a fee from our paycheck or high deductible one the company pays fully for. They used to pay out after 2 years of not using your time but they changed that policy.
